Salary: £52,413 - £56,675 per annum pro rata + £5,500 MRS per annum pro rata

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housing Repairs Manager to lead the delivery of responsive maintenance services across a housing portfolio. This key leadership role ensures all buildings are safe, legally compliant, and maintained to high standards.

You will oversee day-to-day repairs, contractor performance, and procurement activities, ensuring value for money and excellent outcomes for residents. Working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and partner agencies, you will maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and effective management of communal areas and building services.
