Our client is looking for an experienced Reviews Officer (Homelessness)
1-2 days in the office
This is a new position in the service to manage growing reviews demand. As the service has a planned reorganisation we have been advised agency cover is the most appropriate route to ensure any staff impacted by the reorganisation can be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct statutory s.202 homelessness reviews under the Housing Act 1996.
Review decisions on duty owed, suitability, priority need, intentionality, and local connection.
Apply the Homelessness Code of Guidance, Review Regulations, and relevant case law.
Draft clear, legally defensible review decision letters within statutory timescales.
