The primary of this position is: To serve as the Housing Program Manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and managing the technical and administrative operations of the Housing Management Element for Privatized Housing, leased housing, housing referral and relocation services, General Officer units, and Basic Allowance for Housing. Responsibilities Plans, schedules, and coordinates management activities to evaluate overall performance of privatized housing including occupancy requirements, maintenance, budget and financial controls, administrative procedures, and resident relations as they comply with the transaction documents.
