Summary This position is a Housing Management Specialist, GS- 1173-11 working in Grand Canyon, Arizona for the IM-1541-GRCA. Responsibilities As a Housing Management Specialist your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the administrative management of the of the park's Government- Furnished Housing (GFH) program Prepares annual rental rates vis IQMIS and provides cost and rental agreement information to park tenants. Management of associated automated data systems. Performs a wide variety of necessary budgetary, accounting, and other administrative duties Responsible for supervision of staff assigned to the park's Housing Management Program. Requirements Conditions of Employment U.S. Citizenship required. Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
