Responsibilities You will serve as a Housing Management Assistant and be responsible for a variety of assignments related to contracting, occupancy, maintaining and termination activities of government leased housing. Typical work assignments include: Receiving and processing applicants for permanent quarters and determining housing eligibility. Monitoring the assignment of tenants to available quarters and scheduling pre-occupancy, pre-termination, termination, and annual inspections.
