We’re looking for a proactive Housing Estate Coordinator to support our client’s supported housing services across Bristol. You’ll help keep properties in excellent condition, support residents, and make sure communal areas feel cared for and secure.

What You’ll Be Doing

Property Maintenance - Minor repairs, reporting major issues, and coordinating with contractors
Cleaning & Decorating - Keeping communal areas tidy, maintaining gardens, and preparing empty homes for new residents.

Safety & Security - Locking/unlocking buildings and checking void properties.

Stock & Admin - Managing cleaning materials and keeping simple, accurate records.
