A forward-thinking London local authority is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to join its Housing Directorate. With a strongmitment to delivering safe, high-quality homes and improving oues for residents, the organisation is undertaking an ambitious transformation programme across its housing services.

Your new role

As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality disrepair services across the borough. Working closely with the Disrepair Manager and wider housing teams, you will provide technical surveying expertise, manageplex cases and ensure works are delivered to a high standard.
This is a field-based role involving regular site visits across the borough, diagnosing repairs, managing contractors and ensuring timely andpliant service delivery.
