Housekeeping Trainee

The Housekeeping Trainee is responsible for promoting positive image of the hotel to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guests needs and resolve problems and responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas

THE ROLE

• Deliver reliable, genuinely caring and timely service.
• Follow the assignment from Housekeeping Supervisor and complete in efficient and effective manner.
• Perform cleaning task in assigned area following standard and ensure all guest supplies are replenished.
• Report all found defects and maintenances jobs immediately.
• Proactively greet, interact, and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain guest corridors, public areas, service areas, pantries and stores to be neat and tidy at all time.
