About the role
Housekeeping Supervisor (The Exchange TRX)
Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of mall facilities, including lifts, escalators, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance contractors and service providers.
Conduct routine inspections of common areas, equipment, and housekeeping hygiene and facilities.
Respond promptly to facility breakdowns, emergencies, and tenant complaints.
