Role Responsibilities

• To assist in the efficient and effective running of the Housekeeping Department. To assist in ensuring that the hotel bedrooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and in line with Company standards. Most importantly you will be positive and a team player throughout.
• To ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained in all areas; bedrooms, corridors, function rooms and public areas.
• You’ll support the Head Housekeeper in supervising the daily cleaning of assigned rooms, bathrooms and public areas to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• You’ll need to be a brand expert, ensuring you are aware of all room categories and amenities and passing this knowledge on to all members of the Housekeeping Team...
