  Our client a leading conservancy in the outskirts of Nanyuki is seeking a  Housekeeping Supervisor . 
 The successful candidate will be accountable for the cleanliness, quality and professionalism of the housekeeping and laundry operations. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate Must have a bachelors in hospitality and 5+ years’ experience in both housekeeping and laundry.
 
   Key Responsibilities:   
 Regularly inspect guest cottages and surrounding areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
 Collaborate with QA and Maintenance Managers on preventative maintenance.
 Assist the hospitality manager with guest rooming and conduct room orientations.
 Build relationships with guests through meet & greet, feedback solicitation, and engagement.
