Salary per annum: £35,000

Contract: 40 hpw/permanent

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness, presentation, and housekeeping across the estate and residential buildings at The Brentford Project. The successful candidate will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring all communal areas are maintained to an exceptional standard while promoting a positive, proactive, and resident-focused culture throughout the estate. This is a hands‑on supervisory role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage staff within a fast-paced residential environment.
