Housekeeping Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Radley College. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the College’s residential and communal areas.

The successful candidate will supervise and support a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that work is delivered efficiently in line with set schedules and procedures. This is a hands‑on role, requiring someone who leads by example, works alongside the team, and takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will play a key role in staff development, including induction, training and ongoing performance support, as well as monitoring cleaning standards through regular audits and feedback.
