Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and within the hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community. They will also coordinate with all other departments within the hotel. Supervises operations under housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring proper cleanliness of our room, public areas, furnishing, rooms to meet guest satisfaction.
 Acts on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper/ Assistant Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
Education and Experience
Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree/ Higher education qualification/ Equivalent in hotel management/ Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience including management experience
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
