Role Overview
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role ensures that guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall satisfaction and reputation of the hotel/resort.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Replace linens, amenities, and supplies as per established guidelines.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly to the supervisor.
Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment/chemicals safely.
Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are organized and stocked.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company policies.
Support laundry operations when required.
Provide courteous and prompt responses to guest requests.
