Role Overview
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role ensures that guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall satisfaction and reputation of the hotel/resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, amenities, and supplies as per established guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment/chemicals safely.
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are organized and stocked.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company policies.
