Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and supplies as per established guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly to the supervisor.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment/chemicals safely.
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are organized and stocked.
