Housekeeper - Palé Hall

Housekeeping Position – Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guest accommodation, public areas, cloakrooms and any other specified areas are cleaned, serviced and vacuumed to the required standards and in accordance with hotel standards of performance, with rubbish disposed of carefully and safely.
• Replenish hospitality trays and complimentary in-room beverages.
• Ensure that all dirty linen is processed in the correct manner.
• Perform the daily turndown service to the specified standard.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper.
• Carefully note the daily housekeeping list to ensure that all guest details and requirements are carried out, e.g. twin beds, dog facilities, champagne, flowers, chocolates, etc., in the room as requested.
• Ensure that all hotel keys in use by you are signed out and back in at the beginning and end of each shift.
