Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
• Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning schedules and hotel or facility standards.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service if interacting with guests.

Qualifications

• No formal education required (high school diploma is a plus).
• Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
