Housekeeper

Position: Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all guest cabins and public areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and dining areas

- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed

- Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in all areas

- Empty trash and replace with new liners

- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including counters, tables, and doorknobs

- Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies and amenities

- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department

- Assist with laundry and ironing as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests and crew

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
