The role involves preparing holiday lodges, caravans, and facilities to create a welcoming environment for guests and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Working as part of the housekeeping team, the Housekeeping Assistant ensures accommodation is prepared efficiently and safely during guest changeovers while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accommodation Cleaning

Clean and prepare lodges, caravans, and accommodation units ready for guest arrivals

Change bed linen and make beds to company standards

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas thoroughly

Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and clean surfaces

Ensure all rooms are presented to a high standard before guest check-in
