Job Description
We are a small charity that owns the mobile home in Bethel Island, California, in Santiago Island Village (MH park). We are looking for a responsible house sitter to stay in the house, so that it will not be vacant while we prepare it and sell it.
The position offers a pay of $30 daily. This role requires someone trustworthy who can keep an eye on the property and communicate with us daily to ensure all is well and text photos if any concerns. It’s important to me that my home remains safe at night, because we believe there are vandals in the area who started 2 fires.
The home is fully functional and has been lived in, but is currently sparsely furnished, and our intention is to sell it within 60 days to someone who will live there.
It seems to be a nice mobile home park, in a beautiful area close to the San Juaquin River, about 56 miles from San Francisco. Proceeds go to help children recovering from war and at risk for trafficking in Africa.
