Life’s Journey Inc. seeks a House Lead to maintain a safe home environment in the Residential Program. You will support participants' needs while ensuring compliance with all program requirements.

As a full-time House Lead, you will oversee the ongoing planning, monitoring, and communication related to individual program plans. Collaborate with Residential Support Mentors and the broader Residential Care Team to enhance the wellbeing of program participants. Your role includes providing training and mentorship while upholding Workplace Health and Safety Policies and operational practices.
