House & Facilities Assistant

• Perform assigned maintenance, repair, and rectification work orders.
• Ensure that building and facilities are well-maintained by conducting daily inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Procure and manage contracts and service providers for catering, cleaning, parking, and security.
• Anticipate the facility's future needs and plan accordingly.
• Handle emergencies as they arise.
• Monitor maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.
• Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences as requested by supervisors and Head of Department.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties or projects assigned by direct supervisors and Head of Department.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
