Job Description
The Shift Lead plays a key role in supporting daily operations across all departments by removing barriers, improving workflow, and ensuring results are achieved. This role works collaboratively on objectives while operating independently to drive execution. You will support employees, maintain high standards of accuracy, and help create an environment where everyone can succeed.Engage and direct hourly employees to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. Provide clear feedback to reinforce successes and offer coaching when improvement is needed. Assist in training team members to ensure they understand processes, expectations, and work standards.
