Job Purpose

As an Hourly Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operation of the restaurant while helping drive sales, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a positive team environment. In this position, you will assist the Senior/General Manager in leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with company policies.
