Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy / Review Team within the London Borough of Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 12-month Double Handed Care Review Project, with the potential for extension.

The Role

Working alongside the Review Team, you will assess adults with existing double-handed care packages to ensure that:

Occupational Therapy needs are fully assessed and met.
Care packages remain appropriate and proportionate.
Moving and handling practices are safe, effective, and promote independence wherever possible.
