Hotpot Assistant Manager

The role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager to our hotpot shop. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotpot restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading and directing the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
2. Oversee the efficient and effective running of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer footfall and revenue growth
5. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the restaurant staff to continuously improve their skills and performance
