• Have all‑round expertise in casual dining
• Banqueting experience from 10‑200 guests; no two days are the same
• Passionate about fresh local ingredients
• Understand food waste and use all ingredients efficiently
• Personally run the pass and produce all menu elements when required
• Lead staff and manage all food‑related functions throughout the hotel
