Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Hotel Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Reservations team. Experience in either FIT or Group reservations is ideal, and applicants with exposure to both will be highly regarded. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced hotel environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. Our Reservations team operates seven days a week, including public holidays.
