About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Handling : Process room bookings via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins. Ensure accurate guest information in the Property Management System (PMS). Upsell amenities and provide hotel details.
Guest Communication : Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests. Manage VIP, loyalty, and group reservations.
Coordination : Work with hotel departments (housekeeping and front desk) for seamless service. Update room availability across booking platforms.
Customer Service : Address guest concerns promptly and anticipate needs to enhance their experience.
Reporting & Data Management : Generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue. Analyze trends for pricing and inventory management.
System Management : Maintain PMS and Channel Management Systems, ensuring correct rate codes and promotions.
