Key Responsibilities Front Office Leadership & Guest Service Lead the front desk team during assigned shifts, ensuring service excellence at all times. Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression. Oversee smooth and efficient check‑ins, check‑outs, and billing procedures. Resolve guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure service delivery aligns with the hotel’s luxury positioning. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities Supervise daily front office operations and ensure SOPs are followed. Accurately manage reservations, billing, and guest profiles on Opera PMS. Prepare and conduct detailed shift handovers. Support staff scheduling, break management, and shift coordination. Liaise effectively with Housekeeping, Porters, Maintenance, and Management.
