• Ensure smooth coordination across all operational departments.
• Understand and implement revenue management and yield management strategies.
• Drive quality standards and deliver results-oriented performance.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to provide a genuine guest experience.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans, and deliver training for Team Leaders and subordinates.
• Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) effectively.
