We currently have an opportunity to join the team as Hotel Concierge.

Requirements

The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties

• Assisting with guest queries & requests
• Act as the first point of contact for all guests
• Book transport for guests
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Assist with guest luggage
