Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a facility/building manager for its luxury apartment complex in Accra, Ghana.

Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry is a big plus.

The candidate should be a customer satisfaction oriented person and presentable.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure that the building and facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard at all times.

Communicating and dealing with the residents all the time.

Managing the staff working under him/her such as cleaners, securities, front desk, supervisor, technicians etc.

Supervising the technical and other works in the premises.

Monitor and control the day to day work undertaken by employed staff and contractors, and deal with any issues arising.

Arrange with vendors for repairs that cannot be done by regular maintenance staff
