Ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments is a 250 room Hotel including Apartments with a lively Restaurant and three Conference spaces located near the vibrant Melbourne CBD and Queen Victoria Markets.

Job Description

• Provide personalised service and a memorable experience for our guests – every guest, every interaction, every day.
• Shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk
• Checking guests in and out Maintaining accurate guest accounts
• Taking bookings, providing helpful information & entering reservations
• Answering guests queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Efficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
