Hot Trim Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Hot Trim Operator to join their team. As a Hot Trim Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Hot Trim Operator

**Location:** Kalkaska, MI

**Pay Range: $16.60/hr**

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday 4:00am-2:30pm and mandatory overtime Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm, some Saturdays when required.

**What's the Job?**

+ Conduct walk-round inspections of equipment at the beginning of each shift
+ Trim forged parts coming off the hammers and operate the trim press
+ Operate conveyor systems and load billet feeders
+ Inspect part line-up and assist with hammer setup and adjustments for part alignment
