• Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
• Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
• Participates the daily briefings and cascading the information of any special booking VIP guest promotions theme dinners.
• Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests.
• Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Manager from time to time.
• Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.

• Good communication skills on Russian Language PRIORITY.
• Good communication skills on English Language.
• Service focused personality is essential.
