From reception, you will support the team to ensure that every guest gets a warm, vibrant Village Hotel Club welcome. You will support in training your teams to become the Guru’s of the hotel offering and the local area. Nothing is too much trouble. Creating a can do attitude so our guests know that nothing is too much!
