General Description: Hosts are responsible for providing warm hospitality to guests, managing reservations and walk-in diners, helping to facilitate the flow of service throughout the night and maintain a general command of the food and beverage menu. They will work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our clients, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reservations & Communication

• Maintains warmth and hospitality in all correspondence with guests.
• Has a strong working knowledge of Monte's reservations software and reservations policy.
• Encourages walk-ins and bar business.
• Helps coordinate large party reservations, private dining requests or special circumstances with management. 
• Maintain a warm, hospitable and friendly environment for guests and co-workers; this is the top priority.
