Role Overview

One&Only The Palm Hotel Dubai invites an experienced Host to provide personalized VIP services. The role is integral to the resort’s success, overseeing guests from arrival to departure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all VIP guests with check‑in, escorting, concierge inquiries and orientation.
• At the start of the shift, note all VIP arrivals and confirm special requests have been met.
• Greet all VIP arrivals warmly and personalize service according to standard procedures.
• Adhere to all resort rules, Service Standard Policies and any communications briefed by the Manager.
• Attend departmental briefing each shift; submit daily arrival lists with comments and remarks of guests.
• Communicate any special requests or comments immediately to the team and Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of all attractions, sales promotions and resort activities.
