**Your Mission**: You are the first impression and the face of our restaurant.
We are looking for someone with a warm and professional attitude to manage guest seating, handle reservations, and ensure every customer feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and bid farewell to guests with a genuine smile and welcoming demeanor.
- Efficiently manage the flow of the dining room, assigning tables to optimize server workflow.
- Quote accurate wait times and manage the waitlist system.
- Professionally answer the phone and WhatsApp to take reservations and answer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Excellent presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask (phone, walk-ins, reservations) simultaneously.
- Schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
