Hospitality & Travel Coordinator

• Act as the single point of contact between the Guest Relations Department and the contracted travel agency throughout the festival cycle.
• Receive, review, and process all guest travel requests forwarded by the Guest Relations team and communicate confirmed itineraries back in a timely manner.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound flight bookings, airport transfers, and visa support documentation for international and domestic guests.
• Maintain a live, updated master travel schedule for all assigned guests.
• Monitor flight statuses and proactively manage disruptions (delays, cancellations, rebookings) in coordination with the travel agency.
• Liaise daily with travel agency account managers to confirm bookings, manage amendments, and resolve discrepancies.
