Hospitality Sous Chef, Blackfriars - earn up to £20p/hour
Join our team as a Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll be working closely in a small, supportive team alongside the Head Chef, covering daily hospitality requirements and weekly events. This position requires strong culinary skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.
This is a Monday to Friday role with a 7:00am start, with occasional early mornings and some evening flexibility for events.
