Job Description

The Position

  • Chefs – Bulk cooking experience & cert 111 Commercial Cookery required

  • Hospitality Allrounders – work across kitchen, housekeeping & Bar

  • Site Administrators – must have booking/admin experience + Cert 111 Business Admin or similar.

    • The Person

  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment

  • Experience in Hospitality, food service, bar & retail, or housekeeping

  • Must hold a White Card

  • Must provide valid Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID

  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

  • Allrounders must have a reliable car & driver licence to travel to site
