Hospitality All Rounder

We’ve got a fantastic short-term opportunity at Thatcher & Small , a popular café and bar in the heart of Hokitika. If you’re traveling around New Zealand and keen to experience life on the stunning West Coast while earning some extra cash — this could be the adventure you’re looking for.

You’ll be part of our friendly hospitality crew, making drinks, serving customers at their tables, and assisting with bar tasks. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced café and restaurant environment, while helping keep the café clean and tidy to a high standard. Hospitality experience, especially in table service, is a must.

What’s on offer:

• Start date: 29th July 2026
• Minimum commitment: 6 weeks (may be longer by mutual agreement)
• Pay rate: $25.70 per hour + holiday pay + tips
• Accommodation: $200 per week (you may arrange your own accommodation)
