Job Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations and reporting. In this role, you’ll handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP processes, and assist with financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payments. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, Excel‑proficient, and comfortable working with ERP systems in a fast‑paced, remote environment aligned with EST hours.
