This facility is committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate, and patient-centered care to a rural population across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician (MD/DO) to become part of our mission-driven medical staff.

• Provide direct medical care for hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate closely with specialists, primary care providers, and ancillary services.
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests and imaging studies.
