Hospital Aide - Maternity Ward

About the Role

A Hospital Aide position plays a key role in the effectivefunctioning of the ward. We have a high turnover of patients and work within a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Hospital Aide to assist Midwifery and Nursing staff with patient care whilst maintaining a safe and clean workenvironment.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting nursing staffwith patient cares
• Keeping the ward tidyand organised
• Answering bell calls
• Assisting with personalcare
• Ordering and restockingof supplies
• Liaising with centralsupply

The service operates Monday to Sunday across 3 shifts:

Morning - 6:30am to 3:00pm, Afternoon - 2:30pm – 11:00pm andNights - 10:30pm – 7:00am.

Please note the successful candidate must be able to workall shifts across Monday to Sunday.
