Job Description

                Are you a Hospice physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Oregon might be the perfect fit for you! Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; call 4-6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month.
Job Setting: Telehealth coverage for Hospice
Credentialing: ASAP
 Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; highly prefer Hospice (if FM or IM, MUST have ample experience in hospice work)
Licensure: OR license, OR DEA, WA license, WA DEA (MUST be in hand); OR and WA DEA required as provider will be treating patients in southwest WA area
